Moringa.. Miraculous Tree

We have heard in recent years about Moringa grass, Moringa leaf and Moringa tree which is called the miracle tree, according to nutritionist Dr. Karim Ali, considered the most famous YouTube doctors and presenter of videos (another thought).

It has 64 types of antioxidants; these antihistamines kill free radicals harmful to the human body.

Ali explained that what distinguishes these antioxidants from others is that they contain (zatin) which is the plant hormone and is the life elixir.

Dr. Hany Elnazer explained that the great health importance of the "Moringa" plant as an excellent warm night drink for the digestive system and quiet sleep.

There are also new scientific research that has shown tremendous benefits of this tree. A small spoon of plant powder contains the daily needs of humans from calcium and iron. Dr. El-Nazer, therefore, recommend it for everyone, especially ladies.

This is because majority of women in Egypt suffer from calcium deficiency, thus osteoporosis. As a result, El-Nazer, also recommend it to those who suffer from anemia.

In addition, it’s beneficial in protecting from many immune diseases because it contains antioxidants that maintain the vitality of skin, nails and hair.

The plant is grown in Egypt and can be obtained from the National Research Center in Dokki, and the Agricultural Research Center as well as large supermarkets.

*Personal experiment

I did a personal experience to taste this new drink on Egyptian taste, perhaps also taste in the world. We did not know Moringa a few years ago, I went to the booths of the Ministry and found its package with 15 units at a price of EGP 20. It is prepared like tea; One can pour boiling water and leave it for 3 minutes.
