A lot of girls and women may gain dry or pale skin after winter and Ramadan. So, here is the magic of moisturizing the skin to gain its flawless color and glow.
SEE News asked Skincare Specialist Yasmin El Hawary, who gave us effective and easy tips for having moisturized skin.
El Hawary started by recommending hydration by drinking suitable quantities of water for the body and having vegetables and fruits that are full of liquids and fibres, like cucumbers.

After that, she mentioned the role of natural and homemade masks that will help improve the skin. She believed that those masks needed to be applied once every two weeks.
The skincare specialist started with a whitening mask for dry skin. It is based on coconut and turmeric.
This mask also helps to reduce dark spots and helps to fix an uneven skin tone, in addition to reducing the signs of ageing skin.
For making this mask, you need a tablespoon of coconut oil and some turmeric powder.
Now, mix the ingredients in a small bowl, and start to spread the mixture on your face after cleaning it well. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes before washing the face with cold water.
After that, El Hawary mentioned another scrub and whitening mask for your body.
All you need are 4 tablespoons of coconut, argan, or almond oil, 4 tablespoons of milk powder, 4 tablespoons of baking soda, and 4 tablespoons of oats.
Mix the ingredients together and apply the mixture to the dark and dry spots. After that, leave it for 10–15 minutes before scrubbing the skin.
It will give you clean and glowing skin. In addition, you can use it for hands and feet without needing to showered after the mask.
You can store it for a month in a clean, closed container.
