Mohamed Mamdouh Lands First Lead Film Role in "Abu Saddam"

Egyptian actor, Mohamed Mamdouh landed his first leading role in film “Abu Saddam”.

The film also stars Sayed Ragab and Ahmed Dash. It is scripted by Mahmoud Ezzat and directed by Nadine Khan.

Production began shooting last week.

"Abu Saddam" is a psychological drama genre, and centers around a 40-year-old truck driver, who is unemployed due to his severe temperament.

Mamdouh participated last Ramadan with the TV Series “Lebat Newton” and the TV series “Khali Balek Min ZiZi”.

He will next appear in the film “El Aref”, which is scheduled to hit theaters on July 14.

It also stars Ahmed Ezz, Ahmed Fahmy, Carmen Bsaibes, Rakeen Saad, Ahmed Khaled Saleh, Mostafa Khater, and others.

The film is written by Mohamed Sayed Bashir and directed by Ahmed Khaled Mousa.

“El Aref” is considered to be the largest production in Egyptian cinema, and the first Egyptian film to be shot in six countries, which includes Egypt, Italy, Bulgaria, and Malaysia.

The production company used four international stunt coordinator experts to implement dangerous scenes.
