Al-Ahly and the National Football Team of Egypt goalkeeper Mohamed El Shenawy was re-tested positive for Coronavirus Friday morning.
El Shenawy's Coronavirus infection was on Thursday after he was tested twice since he arrived at the hotel where the members of the national football team stay for the camp.
The medical staff of the national team is still observing the case of El Shenawy as he isn't suffering from any symptoms.
The medical crew of the team informed Ehab Galal, the coach of the team, therefore, the goalkeeper didn’t participate in the training.
It is worthy to mention that Egypt national team head coach Ehab Galal has added eight players to his squad clashing with Guinea and Ethiopia in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The 2023 AFCON is set to take place between June and July of next year in Ivory Coast.
