Mohamed El Sharnouby and Randa Riad Tie Knot

Egyptian actor-singer, Mohamed El Sharnouby and Randa Riad, the business manager of renowned Egyptian star, Angham, tied the knot on Wednesday in a private ceremony amid the attendee of their families.

The couple took their social media accounts, respectively, to announce the news, pointing they are waiting for the current situation to end, to hold their wedding.

They were planning to wed very soon at the Red Sea resort town of El Gouna, however, they postponed previously due to the coronavirus.

The couple got engaged in a private ceremony at her home amid the attendance of their families, on December 12, 2019.

This is the third time for El Sharnouby to get engaged. He was engaged for the first time to Lamy Katkat, the daughter of actress Amal Rizk for 8 months, and got engaged to producer Sarah El-Tabakh for the second time.

It is worth mentioning that El Sharnouby, born on January 4, 1995, made his television debut in 2008’s TV series “Wakalat Attieh”, while made his first film appearance the following year in film “Al saffah”.

However, he decided to focus more on television drama ever since.

El Sharnouby is best known for his roles in 2017 TV series “La Tottfea AL shms”, in 2016 TV series “Afrah Al Koba”, in 2015 TV series “Al Ahd (El Kalam El Mobah)”, in 2015 TV series “El Boyoot Asrar”, and in 2010 TV series “Qisat Hob”.

He released his first single in 2018 after signing up with Earth Production for music Production and Artist Management, soon, became known for singing his hit song “El Nafseya” which went viral across the country after its debut.

In 2019, El Sharnouby co-starred in the blockbuster film “Al Mamar” (The passage), which made a comeback for war films to the Egyptian cinema after an absence of 20 years or more.

The film’s budget is the largest in the history of Egypt’s cinema- EGP100 million, according to a report by Saudi-owned news channel Al Arabiya.

Al Mamar revenues have reached over EGP 80 million pounds at the box office.

The film was written and directed by Sherif Arafa and co-stars Ahmed Ezz, Hend Sabry, Mohamed El Sharnouby, Mohamed Farag, Asma Abulyazeid, Ahmed Salah Hosny, Amir Salah Al-Din, Mahmoud Hafez, Eyad Nassar, Ahmed Falawkas, Mohamed Gomaa, Alhan Elmahdy, Mahmoud Hegazy, and others.

Its theme song was written by Amir Teima and composed by legendary musician Omar Khairat.

Al Mamar revolves around the Egyptian Thunderbolt Forces during the war of attrition, headed by the leader of the 39th group, martyr Ibrahim Rifai.

The film details the time period of the 1967 war until the beginning of the war of attrition.
