Egyptian veteran singer Mohamed El Helw will perform at Damnhour Opera House tonight as part of the 29th Arabic Music Festival and Conference events.
Being one of the most significant voices in the history of Arabic Music and singing, El Helw will be back to shine bright on the Damnhour Opera House stage.
Tonight's concert is considered the second concert El Helw performed on the sidelines of AMFC as he performed at Alexandria Opera House yesterday.
Driven from the celebrated El Helw family, he managed to establish a distinguished artistic career away from his family circus business.
He has a strong and wide discography that includes "Arraf"(Seer), and "Mashkour" (So Grateful). Furthermore, he performed various official TV theme songs such as “Al Weseya” (The Gifted Land) and Zizenya.
Arabic Music Festival and Conference’s 29th edition takes place annually between 1 to 10 November.
The Festival’s activities take place in various venues including the Cairo Opera House different stages, Alexandria Opera House, and Damnhour Opera House.
The festival’s program carries 29 concerts, and the participation of 93 musicians, mainly from 5 Arab countries: Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia, Iraq, and Jordan
