With the New Year approaching, now is a good time to take a closer look at 2019’s key events, issues, and personalities in all fields to encourage those whose roles and works were most captivating, challenging, inspiring, and influenced peoples' lives.
Concerning media, and television field, “SEE” website has chosen well-know journalist Mohamed Ali Khair, as the best TV anchor of 2019.
Two weeks ago, Khair won the best TV anchor award of the Arab star festival 2019. Arab star is a biggest annual festival, which is honoring the Egyptian stars of cinema, drama, media, and music, based on the vote of the Arab and the Gulf public online.
Khair also won best TV anchor award of Arab Satellite Channels Festival, last September. It is worth mentioning that, Khair is an Egyptian Journalist and media professional. He was born in Gharbia governorate in 1964.
He obtained Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Cairo University in 1986. He joined Egyptian journalists’ syndicate in 1987. Khair served as General Consultant for “Al-Mal” daily newspaper; he also worked in many prominent newspapers, including "Al Wafd", "Al-Dostor", and "Al-Riyadh".
Moreover, he hosted a number of successful TV and Radio programs like; “Gar Shakl”, and “Misr fe Sa’aa”. He is currently hosting “Al Masry Afandi” talk show on the private TV channel “Al Kahera Wal Nas”.
Khair is also the author of several works such as: “Al Tarek Ela Qasr Al-Orouba” (Road to Al-Orouba Palace) in 2010, “Fe Entizar Watan” (Waiting for a homeland) in 2013, and others.
