Missile strikes targeted a residential building in central Tehran as hostilities between Iran and its adversaries intensified, according to Iranian state television.
The Iranian television reported that the latest missile attack struck a residential structure in the Iranian capital, though further details about casualties or damage were not immediately disclosed.
Furthermore, authorities in Fars Province said at least 20 people were killed and 30 others injured following what they described as a joint U.S.–Israeli Strike on the city of Shiraz.
Iranian media also reported missile strikes on two locations in Qom, while six people were reportedly wounded in an Israeli missile attack in Lorestan Province.
The developments come amid a sharp escalation in regional tensions following a series of military exchanges between Iran and Israel, with the United States also accused by Tehran of involvement in the attacks.
Earlier, Iran’s envoy to the United Nations called on member states to condemn what he described as “U.S.-Israeli aggression” against the country.
