Miri: 10,000 Medical Masks for Journalists Free of charge

The prominent journalist Al Akhbar Editor in chief and Undersecretary of the Journalists Syndicate Khaled Miri revealed that he had received a letter from the global company "Huawei", allocating 10,000 medical face masks as a gift to the journalists.

Miri added that this came as an appreciation for the journalists` great and distinguished role in facing the Coronavirus pandemic, and the belief of the company to play its social role.

He pointed out that providing medical masks to journalists is important, to help them do their full job in informing society and revealing the facts.

He explained: "This will help them preserve their health and their relatives without fear of the epidemic."
