The building of Egypt's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is illuminated with the word COP27 on the occasion of the climate conference in Sharm El-Sheikh.
The climate conference, which is hosted and chaired by Egypt, will kick off tomorrow and will continue until the 18th of this month.
Noteworthy, Egypt will host the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27), which will be held in Sharm El-Sheikh from 6-18 November 2022, it represents an important opportunity to discuss the effects of climate change in Africa, to implement the 2015 Paris Agreement, activate the recommendations of the 2021 Glasgow Conference; and mobilize collective action on climate change adaptation and mitigation measures.
