Ministers of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Social Solidarity Open Children’s Cancer Hospital in Luxor

Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Dr. Khaled Al-Anani. Minister of Civil Aviation Mohamed Manar, and Minister of Social Solidarity Nevin Al-Qabbaj inaugurated, in the presence of parliament Deputy Speaker Mohamed Abou El-Enein and a number of MPs, "Shefaa Al Orman" Hospital for children’s cancer treatment in Luxor.

This hospital is the first specialized one for treating pediatric tumors for free in Upper Egypt.

Mahmoud Fouad, Executive Director of the Shefaa Al Orman Foundation, confirmed that the new medical facility, " Shefaa Al Orman Hospital for the Treatment of children’s cancer " in Luxor Governorate, is located next to Shefaa Al Orman Hospital for Cancer Treatment in Thebes City in Luxor, and includes outpatient clinics to receive children suffering from the disease or even suspected of being infected with this disease. The clinic has a specialized team of consultants in the treatment of pediatric tumors.

Dr. Hany Hussein, General Director of Shefaa Al-Orman Hospitals for Cancer Treatment, said that the hospital includes an integrated department for surgery, an integrated department for radiotherapy, a department for various scans and atomic scanning of all kinds.
