Egypt's Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Khaled Abdel Ghaffar said on Saturday that King Salman International University embodies the deep 'friendship, fraternity, and cooperation' between Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
In his word during the opening of the King Salman University branch in Sharm El-Sheikh, Abdel Ghaffar said that the university is among the list of 24 new other universities, adding that it offers programs that come in line with regional, local and global labor market requirements.
Moreover, the minister added that the establishment of King Salman University is part of the national strategic plan for education development.
"The King Salman University branch in Sharm El Sheikh offers study programs that suit the nature of the tourist city," he noted.
It is worth mentioning that, Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi will open on Saturday the branch of King Salman International University in Sinai’s Sharm El-Sheikh.
Moreover, Sisi will inaugurate a number of national projects in different governorates via video conference, including, Sharm El-Sheikh, Royal Vichels, and Kafr El-Shiekh Museums.
