Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Sherif Fathi, received Dr. Jorg Rudolph, President of Aroya Cruises Company, one of the Saudi cruise ship companies, and Mr. John Siokas, CEO of Rhapsody Travel Company, the company’s agent in Egypt, and the accompanying delegation, in the presence of Mr. Amr El-Kady, CEO of the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion, and Mr. Ahmed Nabil, Assistant Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for Aviation and Follow-up.
The meeting reviewed the company's activities, the volume of its business, and its future plans to operate a number of cruise trips in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean.
Ways to enhance joint cooperation in the field of cruise ship tourism and promoting Egyptian tourist destinations and destinations were also discussed.
