The Armenian authorities announced on Friday that an Antonov An-2 military plane had crashed 20 kilometers from the capital, Yerevan, leaving its crew killed.
The authorities explained that the crashed plane was Soviet-made and was on a training mission at the time of the accident, the causes of which have not yet been determined, according to the American ABC News network.
The network indicated that this type of aircraft is widely used in transportation and services, as it can carry up to 12 passengers.
