Dr. Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Meteorological Center at the Meteorological Authority predicted an improvement in weather will start from Wednesday and will continue until the end of the week in most parts of the country.
He added in a press statement that it is also expected that the rainfall is expected to continue in Cairo until this afternoon.
Dr. Shaheen stated that starting Wednesday the temperatures will return to its normal level for this time of the year, and the dense water mist will reappear in the early morning.
He also warned the drivers from speed driving during the atmospheric stability period and appealed citizens to wear heavy winter clothes at night in light of the cold weather.
It is worth mentioning that the country has been facing a wave of weather instability in the country since last Sunday.
Yesterday, Monday, the country witnessed cold weather during the day, very cold at night, and rainfall that varied in its intensity from medium to heavy in some parts of the region.
The country has also witnessed thunderstorms and moderate winds at times.
