The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, said today, Friday, that as long as the Kyiv regime and Vladimir Zelensky exist, negotiations with Ukraine are impossible, but sooner or later Kyiv will have to negotiate.

Medvedev said, in an interview with reporters during his visit to Vietnam: "As long as there is the Kyiv regime, and the clown Zelensky, negotiations are impossible."

Medvedev added: "Sooner or later, we must negotiate. Everything ends with negotiations and this is inevitable, but as long as they remain in power, the situation for Russia in terms of negotiations will not change."

Speaking about the proposed peace plans to resolve the situation in Ukraine, he noted that "they all need to be studied."

Medvedev said, earlier today, that Europe has gone mad, and continues to heat up and fuel the situation with its decisions, while the United States proceeds from its pragmatic interests and has been trying for centuries to "destroy the enemy", represented by Russia.
