The Muslim Council of Elders, chaired by His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al‑Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al‑Azhar, extended heartfelt congratulations to the Arab and Islamic nations on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement, the Council called on Almighty Allah to make the month a spiritual occasion that renews values of tolerance, coexistence, and human fraternity in people’s hearts. The message emphasized Ramadan as a time for peace, security, and mercy for all humanity.
“May this blessed month inspire reflection, unity, and compassion across the world,” the statement said, conveying warm wishes to Muslims everywhere.
The Council’s Ramadan greeting also highlighted the importance of fostering interfaith dialogue and social harmony during this sacred period.
