The pavilion of the Muslim Council of Elders witnessed a remarkable turnout during the initial days of its participation in the Foire Internationale du Livre de Tunis, held from April 19 to 28, at the Parc Des Expositions Du Kram in Tunis, Tunisia. Several high-profile intellectual, cultural, and diplomatic figures, along with researchers and students of Islamic studies from the Ez-Zitouna University and the University of Kairouan, professors, specialists in various Islamic fields, as well as representatives of publishing houses and public libraries, including those in Tunisian universities and colleges and the National Library, visited the pavilion to explore its latest publications and learn about its initiatives and projects across various fields, especially in promoting and enhancing the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence.

During their visit to the pavilion, Ambassador Zuhair Masrawi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Tunisia, praised the intellectual and cultural publications of the Muslim Council of Elders and its mission aimed at promoting dialogue among religions, cultures, and peoples, rejecting hate speech and bigotry, and promoting values of tolerance and mutual respect. He expressed his pleasure at the participation of the Muslim Council of Elders in the Foire Internationale du Livre de Tunis, inviting Indonesian students residing in Tunisia to visit this pavilion and benefit from the diverse publications of the council covering various scientific, cultural, and intellectual fields, including creed, Hadith, interpretation, jurisprudence, and ethics, as well as numerous publications promoting peace, human fraternity, common living, and spreading values of love, goodness, and beauty.
