On the blessed day of the birth of Jesus Christ, we offer Him our boundless greetings and reverence and extend our heartfelt congratulations to His followers throughout the world, especially to our Christian compatriots, both within the country and across the diaspora.
Salutations to the Virgin Mary, the embodiment of purity and a timeless symbol of liberation from exploitative bonds, who raised Jesus Christ in the sanctity of her immaculate embrace.
Blessed indeed is the day of the birth of Jesus, son of Mary, a name whose remembrance signifies good news to the poor, freedom for the captives, sight for the blind, and liberation for the oppressed.
In His followers, those pioneering and consciously chosen souls of His time, He saw light shining within them and declared: “You are the light of the world, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”
The Price of Freedom for Iran and the Iranian People
Yes, this is the very light of revolution: the breaking of chains from minds and wills, opening before humanity and human society a new world.
That illuminating and vision-giving light to which Jesus called is the same faith and certainty in the inevitability of freedom and the end of the domination of religious despotism.
Blessed are those who labor for justice; blessed are those who strive for freedom; and blessed are the freedom-fighters of our homeland, the self-sacrificing women and men who have embraced, with open hearts, the hardship of struggle and the pain of captivity in the torture chambers of Khomeini and Khamenei, and who now bear the price of freedom for Iran and the Iranian people.
Blessed are the courageous members of the Resistance Units, the very light and blessing of the world, who, in the depths of darkness under the clerical regime, have risen with torches of awareness, courage, and self-giving, to stand, to struggle, and to sacrifice.
As Christ said, “Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down one’s life for others.”
Against these selfless souls, the caliph of coercion and despair has turned to executions, day by day and hour by hour.
Regarding such a monstrous tyranny, Jesus Christ declared: “Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.”
Prayer for Prisoners and Fighters
The resistance and organized uprising, centered on the relentless struggle of the Mojahedin, now marking the sixtieth year of their uninterrupted battle against two dictatorships, the Shah and the mullahs, advances toward victory and freedom.
On the day of the birth of Jesus Christ, the great Prophet of God, and with the intercession of Him and the Virgin Mary:
We pray for the steadfastness and endurance of political prisoners, especially those facing the death penalty.
We pray for the fighters who are preparing for a great uprising.
We pray for our people, who, under the weight of oppression, plunder, and inflation, never submit, and continue striving to overthrow the ruling clerics.
And we pray for the salvation and freedom of Iran.
On behalf of the Iranian people and Resistance, we extend heartfelt greetings for the New Year.
Joy to all the peoples of the world, and joy to the honorable Christians in Iran and across the globe.
May 2026 be a year of great leaps toward the freedom of Iran;
a year of advancing peace throughout the world, and of happiness and prosperity for the oppressed and afflicted.
Blessed be 2026 for all.
