American actor Mark Wahlberg is set to star opposite Kevin Hart in Netflix's comedy movie "Me Time".

"Night School" scribe John Hamburg will write and direct the movie.

The movie follows a stay-at-home dad (Hart), who finds himself with some “me time” for the first time in years while his wife and kids are away. He reconnects with his former best friend (Whalberg) for a wild weekend.

Hamburg is also producing via his Particular Pictures along with Hart and Bryan Smiley through their HartBeat Productions with Lauren Hennessey executive producing along with Joe Gatta. Mark Moran and Patricia Braga of HartBeat will also serve as executive producers.

The movie marks the first collaboration between Wahlberg and Hart.

"Me Time" is part of Hart and his production company's multi-year partnership with the streamer. Netflix is now the exclusive home for four movies starring and produced by Hart. Under the deal, Hart will also have a first look movie deal for HartBeat Productions.
