Ways to Help Mothers, Sons Get Rid of Bullying in Schools

Bullying has become a common term in various spectrums of life nowadays especially in school, university and workplace.

In the current age, bullying has spread among kids and adults as means of communications advanced greatly.

Kids at the age of six may suffer from bullying, so they are suffer from psycho disorders when they become older.

Mrs. Abeer Ahmed, founder of Egypt’s Mothers Federation to upgrade Education, stated in statements to “ SEE” website news, that bullying could be prevented in an early stage so kids can overcome that obstacle along with treating the bully himself.

Mrs. Ahmed recommends mothers to communicate with sons to understand his character since he was young.

Mother should understand that the son is very different of the girl throughout all stages of their life.

Sons don’t incline to mention details about any issue; meanwhile the girls mention all details related to any event chance to face in or out home.

The mother could observe any change in features of character of either the son or the girls.

Parents should make their sons feel safe when they handle their personal issues. They should not be excessive at castigating their kids. It is preferable to discuss the kids to find solutions to their problems.

The bully may be a student or teacher so it is wise to treat with that person in a balanced manner to solve that problem.

Parents should contact with management of the school to file complaints against any bullying behavior to save rights of the victims lest they suffer from negative fallouts.

A panel of penalties should be established to punish the bullying person to deter him and the others. The social specialist plays an important role in finding solutions for problems of students.

The bully may be transformed to become a normal person if he receives a befitting treatment.

The educational values should be restored to school again. Teachers in primary schools may acquire rehabilitation skills to deal with kids during that sensitive stage of those early years of schooling.
