Mansour was keen on welcoming the Moroccan club after they landed in Egypt, hours before their most anticipated CAF Champions League semi-final encounter against Zamalek.
On his official Facebook page, the White Knights' chairman said that the fabricated banner, which strung across the headquarter of Zamalek club, was fabricated.
He also stressed that he strongly rejected any insult to the Moroccan club, calling upon any person who fabricates such an image to stop doing so.
Zamalek will host Raja in the second leg of the semi-finals at the Cairo stadium on Wednesday, November 4.
