Major General Ehab Attia Appointed as Director of Kafr El-Sheikh Security Directorate

Major General Mahmoud Tawfiq, Minister of Interior, has approved the promotion of a number of senior police officers, including Major General Ehab Ahmed Ibrahim Attia.

Attia, former Head of Kafr El-Sheikh Security Directorate, assumed to work as Chief of Kafr El-Sheikh Security Department. 

He graduated from the police academy and was assigned to sectors involved in preventing and combating organized crimes.

The maven policeman is considered one of the outstanding and prominent security leaders in the field of public security.

Prior to his new position, Attia took many leadership positions in the Criminal Investigation Department, most notably assuming the position of Head of Criminal Investigation at the Western Security Directorate in July 2018 for two years.

He also served as Director of Criminal Investigation at the Kafr El-Sheikh Security Directorate in July 2020, Director of Criminal Investigation at the Dakahlia Security Directorate in July 2021, and Assistant Minister.
