Majit Nday to Officiate Ahly-Palmeiras Encounter

FIFA appointed on Wednesday Senegalese Majit Nday as the central referee for Thursday's Club World Cup third-place playoff between Egypt's Al Ahly's and Brazil's Palmeiras,

According to FIFA, Nday will be the centre referee, assisted by two linesman Gabriel Camara and Hajji Samba, while Guatemalan Mario will be the fourth official.

Regarding the Video Assistant Referee (VAR), Canadian Dario Fischer has been appointed for the VAR, and he will be assisted by Moroccan Radwan Gayed.

The match will kick off on Thursday at 17:00 CLT.
