Egyptian Prime Minister (PM) Dr. Mostafa Madbouly stated that Egypt continues to attract significant investments from major global and international corporations.
Speaking at the launch of "The Spine" project in New Cairo, PM highlighted that the venture is expected to generate 155,000 direct and indirect job opportunities. He further noted that several new projects are scheduled to be inaugurated in the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE) by the end of this week.
Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), detailed that "The Spine" has been designed as a 100% car-free destination.
Moreover, he described it as a global hub for modern living that integrates artificial intelligence into its core infrastructure.
Furthermore, Moustafa revealed that the project’s total investments exceed EGP 1.4 trillion, emphasizing its role as a major economic driver.
The launch event was attended by Prime Minister Madbouly and Mohamed Al-Saadi, Acting Chairman of United Media Services (UMS), marking the official announcement of TMG's latest mega-project in New Cairo.
