The committee responsible for Churches Legalization revealed on Sunday that 63 new churches have been legalized.
During a ministerial meeting, headed by Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouli it was announced the total number of churches and affiliated buildings that have so far been licensed by the committee reached 2021.
The meeting was attended by Justice Minister Omar Marwan, Local Development Minister Mahmoud al-Shaarawy, Housing Minister Amr el-Gazzar, and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Alaa Al-Den Fouad.
