French President Emmanuel Macron shared a warm welcome for Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on his official Instagram account during the G7 Summit in Evian.
Macron posted a video of himself receiving the Egyptian President, captioned "Welcome, Mr. President Sisi," set to the melody of the famous Egyptian song "Helwa Ya Baladi" (My Country is Beautiful).
President El-Sisi is in France to participate in the G7 Summit, joining world leaders and international partners to address pressing global issues. The summit’s high-level agenda focuses on geopolitical dynamics, global economic resilience, energy security, and climate change. On the sidelines, President El-Sisi is scheduled to hold a series of bilateral meetings with participating heads of state to enhance cooperation and coordinate on shared priorities.
