British Prime Minister (PM) Rishi Sunak and French President Emmanuel Macron have stressed the importance of delivering urgent humanitarian assistance to the Gaza Strip.
Moreover, Sunak and Macron agreed on Sunday to work together to provide food, fuel, water, and essential medicines to those in need in Ukraine, as well as to evacuate foreign nationals from the country.
The two leaders also expressed concern about the risk of escalation in the wider region, agreeing on the importance of not losing sight of the long-term future of the region, particularly the need to reach a two-state solution.
