French President Emmanuel Macron announced that a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing will take place in Paris in early January.
Macron said that on Sunday evening he took part, "together with several other European leaders", in a discussion with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump. He added that he then held a separate conversation with Zelenskyy.
Macron added that the participating countries are expected to finalize their concrete contributions to Ukraine’s security framework, as stated in a post on X on December 29.
Macron noted that European leaders are making progress on security guarantees for Ukraine following talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump.
