The Governor of Luhansk announced on Tuesday that the Russian forces had taken control of Kremena in Eastern Ukraine.
The Ukrainian forces had withdrawn from it.
"Kremina is under control of the Russians. They have entered the city," Governor Serhiy Haidai told the news briefing.
