Spokesperson for the Libyan National Army (LNA) Ahmed El Mesmari announced that Turkey is currently transporting mercenaries from Tripoli to Azerbaijan, proving that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is playing a vital role in the instability of the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
In a televised speech, El Mesmari said, "Turkey is now transferring Libyan and Syrian terrorists and takfiris, with other nationalities, from Libya to Azerbaijan," to support the latter in its battles against Armenia in the disputed region.
Several countries warned against Turkey's resorting to mercenaries to support its ally Azerbaijan in Nagorny Karabakh, while a senior American military official confirmed to "Sky News Arabia", on Thursday, the validity of the reports that talked about the transport of mercenaries.
