Little Mix returned to the recording studio following a break from recording new music after former fourth member, Jesy Nelson, quitting the girl band last year.

The British girl band announced Saturday the news on Instagram along with a video that featured members, Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Perrie Edwards dancing.

They were joined by songwriters Kamille and MNEK, who both have written some of the band's biggest hits.

Little Mix released their sixth studio album "Confetti" last November, which featured their number one hit song "Sweet Melody".

It was their last album to feature Nelson, who announced her departure from the band in December after constant pressure had taken a toll on her mental health.

She confirmed her permanent departure just weeks after taking extended time off from the band, while Leigh-Pinnock, Thirlwall, and Edwards continued to perform without her.
