During the three-day meetings under the auspices of the United Nations, the Libyan officials expressed their desire to hold a second round of negotiations in Cairo, to complete the constructive discussions on constitutional arrangements as the Libyan parliament should conduct a societal dialogue to reach constitutional agreements that allow the country to move forward on the constitutional path.
