Mohamed Salah's goal was not enough for Liverpool on Saturday as the Reds suffered a 3-1 defeat to Leicester City to resume dropping points in their campaign of defending the last year Premier League title.

The iconic Egyptian star had broken the silence in the 67th minute, when he fired a left footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner.

Eleven minutes later, Maddison levelled the scoring to make it 1-1 from a free kick with a right footed shot to the centre of the goal.

Vardy came after three minutes to put the Foxes ahead when he unleashed a right footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom right corner.

Barnes sealed the victory for the hosts in the 85th minute, when he raced through and picked out the bottom corner.

This victory upped the Foxes to the second spot with 46 points, while the Reds are now in the fourth position with 40 points.
