Lebanese Media Highlights Aoun’s Landmark Visit to Egypt, Summit with Sisi

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun’s visit to Egypt on Monday and his summit with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at Al-Ittihadiya Palace received broad coverage from Lebanese media outlets.

The Lebanese newspaper "An-Nahar" published an article under the headline “Aoun Arrives in Cairo for Official Visit… Talks with El-Sisi”, offering details of the president’s visit and his meeting with President El-Sisi.

Additionally, Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) featured the summit under the headline “Egyptian-Lebanese Summit in Cairo”, emphasizing President Sisi’s statements affirming Egypt’s unwavering support for Lebanon’s stability.

Moreover, Sisi stressed that Egypt does not interfere in Lebanon’s internal affairs but is keen on maintaining strong bilateral ties.

He also reiterated Egypt’s commitment to supporting Lebanon’s reconstruction efforts and called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities in this regard.

Furthermore, President Sisi reaffirmed Egypt’s consistent stance in supporting Lebanon’s internal stability and full sovereignty, strongly condemning Israel’s repeated violations and its continued occupation of Lebanese territories.
