Lebanese Flee South towards Sidon under Israeli Attacks

There are long lines of Lebanese people fleeing a city that is being attacked by the Israeli army. Israel has been accused of committing 'genocide' as the death toll rises to nearly 300.

The Israeli strikes on Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon have resulted in at least 274 deaths, as reported by the country's health ministry.

Israel has stated that it is intensifying its attacks on Hezbollah and has been sending messages to citizens, urging them to evacuate areas used by the group.

A few hours ago, Al-Qahirah News Channel aired footage of Lebanese citizens fleeing from the south to Sidon after the Israeli occupation threatened to bomb the town.

The images showed Lebanese families escaping the south for Sidon following the second wave of Israeli occupation army raids this morning.

This comes as the southern border of Lebanon has seen increased escalation and heavy fire since this morning. Sidon, with its high population density, is a reasonable distance from the southern border.
