Russian Foreign Minister (FM) Sergey Lavrov said that the West's efforts to "isolate" his country have completely failed.
"Today we can confirm that the West's plans to isolate Russia by imposing a blockade on us have completely failed," Lavrov told Russian diplomats at an event hosted by his ministry after returning from a tour of Africa that lasted nearly a week.
Moreover, Russian top dipomat added that Moscow is building stronger relations with countries in Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region, along with other countries.
