Russian Foreign Minister (FM) Sergey Lavrov arrived Monday in the Chinese city of Guilin on an official visit.
During his visit, Lavrov is set to hold talks with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi.
They will discuss a number of important issues including, strategic cooperation, COVID-19 pandemic, and ways to overcome the difficulties ensuing from the adopted restrictions to curb the spread of infection.
After wrapping up his visit to China, Russian FM will then head to South Korea.
