Ford v Ferrari (titled Le Mans '66 in some European territories) is an American sports drama movie that was produced in 2019 and based on a true story.
The movie had its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival on August 30, 2019.
The plot is based on the true story of the visionary American car designer Carroll Shelby and the fearless British-born driver Ken Miles, who together battled to build a revolutionary race car for Ford Motor Company and take on the dominating race cars of Enzo Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France in 1966.
It scored 92% from Rotten Tomatoes, 8.2/10 from IMDb, 81% from Metacritic, while 94% of Google users liked the movie.
