The first trailer for Anya Taylor-Joy's forthcoming chiller "Last Night In Soho", was released on Tuesday.
Edgar Wright directed the movie from a screenplay he wrote with Krysty Wilson-Cairns.
Wright is known for his 2017 movie, "Baby Driver", which became his top-grossing film to date. It made $107 million in the US and $226 million worldwide.
Taylor-Joy plays a creepy showgirl from 1960s London, whom a modern-day fashion student (played by Thomasin McKenzie) aspires to be her and begins to connect with her ghost and channeling her into her work as a designer.
It also stars Matt Smith, Rita Tushingham, Terrence Stamp, and Diana Rigg, who made the movie prior to her death in autumn 2020.
The movie was originally set to debut in 2020, but the coronavirus pandemic pushed the movie into 2021.
“Last Night in Soho” hits theaters on October 22.
