Seven people were killed by a landmine explosion targeting a car carrying civilians who were on their way from Kismayo town to Dhobley town, near the Somali-Kenyan border.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
It is worth mentioning that, Somali-based al-Qaeda affiliated group al-Shabaab claimed responsibility for recent attacks in Somalia.
