Lab59 Architects is designing Six new villas models with different spaces in the "The Water MarQ “project, including the most unique model of the 910 Sq space villa, as it is supposed to design six of the ten villas’ models offered by the project, and is working within an advisory group of names in this unique project.
The 20-acre “The Water MarQ project” comes with investments of nearly EGP 2 billion, offering an exceptional life model for excellence and luxury seekers, allowing them to own a private beach in the heart of New Cairo so that its residents can enjoy the beach throughout the year, and the project includes about 100 separate villas, with a construction area of about 18% of the total area of the project, and the areas range from 300 to 910 meters.

The design of the Signature model with 910 Sqm space, comprises 6 master suites, a private office, indoor parking, extravagant staircase, double-height reception and foyer, the project comprises the first artificial private beach in the heart of New Cairo, the main challenge here was about how to balance between the investment nature of the project and the luxury life that the residents deserve to enjoy," Architect Noor El-Din, Co-Founder of Lab 59, said.

After more than 10 years of experience in the Egyptian market and international markets, as an architectural consultant with a practical background in the real estate development industry, which helped us enter the engineering consulting market and work with major developers such as CFC, Tatweer Misr, Mountain View, Al-Ahli Sabour, Orascom Development, Zizinia, Nasr City for Housing and Construction MNHD, and others." Lab 59 is also currently working with developers in the New Administrative Capital on an administrative building, and a general engineering consultant for another administrative building project with Urban Real Estate Development Company on the ring road, Brazil Zaha project with NeuHaus Company in Brazil.
“The total volume of investments for the projects in which the company working in for the current year 2021 is estimated at 7 billion pounds,” according to Yassin.
It is worth mentioning that The MarQ communities Developments, the real estate developer of The Water MarQ project, aims to start the delivery of the project units during the fourth quarter of 2023.
