The Ukrainian Defense Ministry announced that Russia carried out 50 air strikes on Ukraine on Tuesday, explaining that Russia is increasing its military operations in the east of the country.

Noteworthy, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he is seeking full restoration of territory, including Crimea.

Zelenskyy at the Wall Street Journal’s CEO council summit added that Ukraine’s goals are to half Russia’s advance, reclaim territory and restore Ukraine’s entire territory through diplomacy, The Kyiv Independent reported.

“We are not retreating… Victory will be ours,” Zelenskyy said in a conversation via video conferencing.

He noted that the mass destruction caused by Russia to the infrastructure of Ukraine and the devastating effects of the war on its economy, explaining the cost of rebuilding the country so far is estimated at $600 billion.

The Ukrainian president urged the global companies to invest in Ukraine; he also said that Russia has to pay compensation to Ukraine for what it did.
