On Monday, the Royal Family of Kuwait lost one of its prominent figures. “Princess Badria Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah passed away due to health problems,” the Amiri Diwan in the state of Kuwait announced early Monday.
In the same context, Kuwaiti news agency “KUNA” published an obituary for her. It began with words: “In the name of God, the most merciful, the following came to us from the Amiri Diwan: The Amiri Diwan mourns the late Sheikha Badriya Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, the widow of the late Sheikh Abdullah Al-Khalifa Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah, and her funeral will be buried this morning.”
Responding to this bad news, Bahrani King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa extended his condolences to the Amir of Kuwait over the passing of his sister.
King of Bahrain said: " I pray to Allah Almighty to rest her soul in eternal peace and to grant the royal family fortitude."
On the other hand, Emirati leaders Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum sent a telegram to the Prince of Kuwait expressing their condolences over the death of his sister, Her Royal Highness Princess Badria.
