The Kuwaiti government resigned, early morning, and the official resignation was handed to Sheik Meshal Al Ahmed Al Sabah after his swearing-in before the Nation's House, according to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
KUNA reported that the Prime Minister Ahmed Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Sabah resigned this morning.
Later, the Emiri Council announced that the Kuwaiti Emir accepted the resignation, and asked the minister to be in-charge untill the appointment of the new government.
