Kuwaiti Foreign Minister (FM) Sheikh Salem Al-Abdullah left, on Sunday, heading to the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on an official visit.
During his visit, Kuwaiti FM is set to hold a number of meetings with Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid, Prime Minister (PM) Muhammad Al-Sudani, Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and Iraqi Foreign Minister (FM) Dr. Fouad Hussein.
In a statment, Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Sheikh Salem Al-Abdullah will also hold political consultations within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between Kuwait and Iraq and to discuss a number of vital issues and important files of common interest between both countries.
