The Emir of Kuwait, Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, expressed on Tuesday appreciation for the Egyptian role, saying: "We appreciate the role of the Egyptian leadership and its support for issues relating to the security of the region.”
He also welcomed Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, who is participating in the 41st Gulf Summit.

Among the participants are, Bahrain’s crown prince, Sheikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Qatari Emir, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Omani Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs, Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum.
