Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah issued a decree on Monday to appoint a new government, according to KUNA news agency.
The Kuwaiti Government Communication Center (GCC) announced the names of new ministers via Twitter, as follows:

1-Anas Khaled Al-Saleh (Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs)
2- Khalifa Mosaed Hamada (Minister of Finance)
3-Ahmed Nasser Al-Muhammad Al-Sabah ( Minister of Foreign Affairs)
4-Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah (Minister of Defense)
5-Mohammed Abdul Latif Al-Fares (Oil Minister)
6-Issa Ahmed Al-Kandari, Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs
7-Basil Hamad Al-Sabah (Minister of Health)
8-Rana Abdullah Faris (Minister of Public Works and Municipal Affairs)
9-Mubarak Salem Al-Haris (Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs)
10-Sheikh Thamer Ali Sabah Aslam Al-Sabah (Minister of Interior)
11-Abdul Rahman Badah Al-Mutairi (Minister of Information and Youth Affairs)

It is worth mentioning that, Last Tuesday, Kuwaiti Emir issued an order, appointing Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as prime minister (PM).
