On Thursday, A missive Fire Broke out in Souk Al Mubarakiya in Kuwait and devoured at least 20 shops.
The authorities raised the number of the firefighting teams participating in extinguishing the fire to 8 teams, while the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
The Ministry of Information (MOI) said on Twitter that the fire devoured more than 20 shops; most of them in Souk Al Selah.

The ministry published on Twitter video clips of the firefighting teams' attempts to control the file, while Twitter activists circulated video clips of the fire.

Souk Al Mubarakiya is the oldest market in the heart of the capital, Kuwait, named after Sheikh Mubarak Al-Sabah. The market was established in 1897 and is considered one of the country's heritage monuments.
