The new cabinet includes three women; Mariam Aqeel Al-Aqeel as minister of finance and acting minister of state for economic affairs, Rana Abdullah Al-Fares as minister of public works and minister of state for housing affairs, and Ghadeer Mohammed Aseeri as minister of social affairs.
It is worth mentioning that, the previous government resigned due to a row between ruling family members and parliament.
The move came just days after Jenan Ramadan, the minister of public works, announced that she would step down after being harshly criticized by the parliament of the Gulf country.
Earlier, lawmakers had acutely accused Ramadan, who also serves as minister of state for housing, of failing to fix infrastructure and roads which were damaged during massive floods that swept the country last year.
According to local media, ten lawmakers had filed a no-confidence motion against her.
